Clips not saving

Confirm PasteCraft is enabled for the site, refresh the page, then copy text again. If it still fails, note your browser and OS in your email.

Cloud sync

Sign in from the extension, check your plan includes sync, then wait a moment and reopen PasteCraft. Sync needs a signed-in Basic or Enhanced account.

Billing & plans

Manage upgrades from the extension or Account. For receipt or subscription issues, email support with the account email you used at checkout.

AI tools

Summary, breakdown, refactor, and AI Formatted need an Enhanced plan with available credits. If a run fails, include the feature name and a short description of what you tried.

Capture Tools by browser

Chrome, Edge, and Comet support Image Picker, Spot, Auto-Copy, and click-and-drag. Brave and similar Chromium browsers usually do too. On Opera and Arc, Image Picker and Spot are not supported. Auto-Copy and click-and-drag still work — click-and-drag is the capture tool there.
